âThe staff, breakfast and room were all excellent. The security guards at the entrance were really kind. They also had a lovely massage area at the nearby sister hotel. Local attractions were very accessible by grab/taxi. The only downside is that the room had lots of mosquitoes so I was bitten a lot during my stay. There was a mosquito net provided above the bed but mosquito spray for the room would have been more beneficial. Overall it was a very nice stay. â

âThe breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touchâand the croissants are fantastic.
Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity.
Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTokâs and transportation are easy to come by with Grab.
Would love to stay at this property again.â
âWe had a great stay here. The staff was welcoming and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always smiling and helpful. The view from the rooftop restaurant and pool was great. I was a positively surprised that the reception was happy to help with organising smaller tours and also supporting us with bookings for our next journey to Koh Rong.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.

âTao is a great small boutique hotel (11 rooms) with the best location along the riverside. The Penthouse suite was a wonderful room with fabulous views from its balcony. The front desk team provided support and services throughout my stay that made me feel like a VIP. They helped us with transport, tours and dining reservations offering great recommendations. âExcellent service, the staff speak very good English and they are service-minded. Very nice breakfast. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.
There are not many beds by the pool and it got full at times but most people don't stay very long there so it is fine. I don't like that smoking was allowed by the pool though. Also for the management: please add an extra mirror outside the bathroom. â
