  • The mountain escapade of your dreams awaits at this two-story house near the heart of Silverthorne! This home provides everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay, including an enclosed, private patio, a loft with office space, and all the comforts of a home. The main living space of this home can be found on the first level along with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The living room is bright and airy with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a large flatscreen TV with cable. The dining area is right off the kitchen with a unique five-person round dining table.

    The kitchen is well-equipped and boasts incredible stainless steel amenities, including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. You'll have all the utensils and cookware needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks for the group. However, you can step it up a notch and surprise them with grilled burgers and veggies using the gas grill available on the patio. The patio is enclosed, therefore, providing a secure and private outdoor space for you all.

    Upstairs, you'll find one more bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a beautiful glass door walk-in shower. This level also boasts one of the greatest perks of the home: office space with a desk, computer, an armchair, and a chessboard.

    This charming mountain house is about two miles from downtown Silverthorne and about four miles from Dillon. The Reservoir in Dillon offers plenty of water activities to keep your summer days full. You'll have access to incredible outdoor activities no matter the season you drop by. Hikers can visit the ever-popular Continental Divide Trail and enjoy a scenic road. Wintersports enthusiasts can make the 10-mile drive to Keystone Resort for classic skiing and snowboarding.

The kitchen had everything but a garlic press which is to say it was well apportioned. The property management company is very responsive and was able to satisfy the minor hiccups quickly.

A wonderful, spacious house, it was a great home base for us during our multi-day visit to the Silverthorne/Frisco area. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog, big enough for her to roam around, but well secured so that she didn't get out. Neighborhood felt very safe and family friendly.

We enjoyed this property..it was close to everything. We went to Lake Dillon farmers market and Octoberfest in Breckenridge and it was just a short drive. Property nestled in a beautiful area with trails nearby.

Weekend stay

Our extended family (wife, 2 adult children and spouses) booked a weekend getaway at this unit and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was close to Dillon Reservoir where we had a nice time kayaking and we found a scenic hiking trail right outside of Frisco, also a short distance away. We also located good dining options close by and had everything we needed for the one meal we cooked in house. The unit suited our needs perfectly.

The stay was overall very good, only issue we ran into was the cleanliness of the sheets and pillow cases. There was a bit of hair & dust left over in the sheets and had to be washed.

We would consider another stay!

The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 pre-teen and 1 dog. The private/enclosed yard was perfect for the dog and family. The improvement that needs to be made is the 2 bathroom showers/tub needed cleaning with bleach as mold was on the shower curtain, grout, and floor tiles. Also the front-loading washing had mold around the rubber casing. In sum, yes- we would stay in the house again!

Nice accommodations for family & dog

This property was spacious for a family of 5 and we loved the fenced in yard for the dog. The only small issue we had was with the key box not opening, so we could not get in the property initially. Once we called they were able to give us instructions to access the back up key box. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the key box to make it easier to use. We enjoyed our stay and had no other issues. It was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Comfortable and Convenient

The home was in a great spot with a nice backyard for the dogs. Plenty of space for 8 people to sleep, hang out and cook. We stayed the weekend to go skiing at Copper and this was an awesome home base.

What we expected

This house met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having the fenced yard for the dogs, but be aware that the fence is short enough to be jumped. Stay outside and keep your eye on your pup if that’s a concern. Overall, it met our needs nicely.

Great stay!

This property is small but perfect for our group. We were able to cook meals in the well appointed kitchen, it was just small but had everything we needed. Sleeping was comfortable and the back porch was great for the weather.
