Ski trip
The place was good, beds comfortable. The door was hard to open. Bunk bed shown in picture was not there. There was twin with pull out bed under it. All kitchen appliances you need . Washer and dryer a plus. We had a very good time.

I got a lot of e-mails from the property management for this unit, and some of them said "We're looking forward to your visit!" but that is clearly not true. They hate their guests. Had to sign a 4-page lease agreement full of all kinds of restrictions for a 1 night stay in the off season, plus jump through hoops just to be able to park there. Did not appreciate the hidden fees. Not worth it.

The Property Lied to us about our paid reservation
We reserved the 23-26th in January, received a confirmation after we paid. When we were 7 hours into our drive we discovered we did not have the unit for the night of the 23rd and the updated reservation they sent us said the 24th-27th. The property manager does not listen when we tell them this, they just felt appropriate to give us a discount on another room for the night of the 23rd, which we already paid for. We have provided them all the documentation on this but they insist they have done all they will do. We just want reimbursed for the extra night. In my opinion, this is theft. My recommendation is to not use this owner.

We made a mistake and the dates were adjusted, due to this, the final payment on your reservation was significantly smaller than what was originally due. Due to our mistake, we covered the cost of finding another property. This guest paid 3 nights for 4 nights of a stay.

Cozy & fully stocked!
We were in Colorado for our annual ski trip. We usually ski at Winter Park, but this year, we decided to stay in Silverthorn and ski five different areas. The location of this condo couldn’t have been more perfect! Although small, it was very cozy and fully stocked with more than we’ve seen in most rentals. Perfect week!

Conveniently located to several great ski resorts
Very clean and great communication from the host. Very easy to work with. The property is pretty dated, but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Super convenient to ski resorts and easy to get to from Denver. The views around this area are spectacular!

This was an excellent place to stay with easy access to Loveland and Keystone! Hiking trails for snowshoeing were less than a mile away! The price was amazing. Will definitely come back!

Great stay
My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at this property. The accomodations were as advertised, and I would recommend it in the future to others. I knocked off a couple of stars for the check in process because it is VERY difficult to unlock the front door. The key isn't cut well, or there's something going on with the locking mechanism. Either way, that's an issue which needs some attention. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the scenery is amazing! It is really a nice place. This is a two story condo. The bedrooms are upstairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a tv in the main bedroom and another tv downstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed and closet. The other bedroom has a full or queen bed plus twin bunk beds. The downstairs has a large L shaped couch which was very comfortable. We hiked almost every day we were there, and there are so many trails very close by. Word of warning - get to the trailhead very early as parking is sparse! Some trailheads had as few as 10 parking spaces (some less). We used the "AllTrails" app to help us decide which trails would be appropriate for our skill level and experience. In terms of other activities and shopping, there's some fast food places and nicer restraunts nearby. We found Target and Walmart within a few miles distance as well. Of course, there's also the Outlets which are just down the road from the property. I didn't knock off any stars for it, because I was pleased with our stay. However, the back porch could benefit from a couple of patio chairs and maybe a small grill. Really, that's just a comment and not a complaint. We used the patio multiple times a day and it would have been a bit more comfortable if we had chairs to sit in. I would also recommend supplying a few more fans for the property. My family came from Texas and Florida, so it was unusual to us that there was no central A/C, or any A/C at all. We were still relatively comfortable even during our late August visit, but we definitely made use of the one fan that is provided. If you're on the fence about booking this property, I would say go for it. It's probably a little less fancy than what you'd find in the 400-1000+/night price range, but this is definitely not a property to turn your nose up at. Very clean and all the comforts of home. I would stay here again.

A few issues
The 2 lock boxes were broken. We called management and they insisted we needed to keep trying. An hour later a technician showed, we were told 15 to 20 minutes. Lock box was broken. Fireplace can’t be used. Toilet was clogged. Cleaning was poor. Heating was confusing. Parking was difficult, many hours we couldn’t park because they plow 2 days a week. Won’t be back!

Unfortunately, the advertised amenities were not all available; specifically the fireplace. The property management noted that they had known about the fireplace being out of order for “a while” when we called. They did offer some reimbursement for the property not being as anticipated when provided with the un-updated ad. Aside from that, the property was quiet for a middle condo, and any questions we had were readily answered by the management. We enjoyed being a short drive from several mountain towns. The suggestions for restaurants in the welcome book were spot on for Breakfast! Very clean and cozy. If we’d been able to have a fire on the snowy nights we were there it would’ve been perfect- but again very pleased aside from that.

Excellent place to stay
Check in was smooth with no issues. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Our group was there six day and nights for a ski vacation. The weather was very cooperative some snow and some warm sun skiing in the same week. The house felt just like home and the place was spotless and ready when we got there. We skied for 6 days at 5 different ski areas all within less the 30 min drive. Grocery store as well as nice restaurants were all within 20 drive. Thanks for letting us share your place in these tough times of COVID. Would recommend this place as a place to stay in Silverthorne.

Awesome place for a ski vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 4. We skied, hiked, cooked, and played Monopoly. We saw lots of snow which we loved. Two places we ate were Sunshine Cafe (great breakfast) and Dam Brewery which had the best nachos. We would love to stay at this place again.

Great guest book
A lot of little things that made it better than most. They had a lot of labels telling you where things were in the kitchen. The best was their online guest book. They listed everything you needed to know in an easy to read and find format. It was truly impressive and I can't wait for vrbo/airbnd to start making such guides as a requirement.

Great condo in Silverthorne
This condo has had some updates done to it, and some are still in process as of now. I stayed here for two full weeks, working remotely full time. The space was very comfortable and inviting. The amenities were as stated. The airflow up and downstairs was great; no AC needed. I would stay here again; it would be a perfect location during ski season, but it was great for the summer, too!

The location was perfect! Close to town, the lake and Breck is about 20 mins away! Townhome had a cabin feeling and look and spacious perfect for the fam. The kitchen had everything. It was clean. My only complaint was the bathroom rugs were dirty. I will definitely stay again!
