The former fishing village of Armação de Pêra is today a popular holiday resort not only because of two beautiful beaches (Praia de Armação de Pêra and Praia Grande de Pêra), but also because of its lively promenade with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars which attracts many visitors from all over the world. On the edge of the old town, within walking distance of shops and the beach, you will find the Armação Beach Residences with the functional and modern furnished 100 m2 holiday apartment "Armação Beach Residence 01" on the ground floor.

The apartment has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC and can accommodate 5 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a television with cable connection and fans.



Outside there is a furnished terrace, which can be partially shaded with a sun sail, and a barbecue for sole use. So you can end a nice holiday day with a glass of wine on your own terrace.



Within a radius of 100 - 200 m you will find several bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.

The beautiful sandy beach Praia de Armação de Pêra is only 7 minutes walking distance (550 m), so close that you can even go there spontaneously in the evening for a short walk.

The international airport of Faro can be reached by car in 38 minutes or 52 km.



Parking spaces are available on the road. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
