“When I checked yesterday, I requested a cot to accommodate the 3 of us that were staying in our room. The front desk staff assured me that I would get one. Later I stopped by the front desk on my way out to an event to remind her to have someone bring the cot to my room. We came back to our room around midnight and there was no cot. I quickly went back to the front desk and again asked for the cot. The new front desk staff told me that there is no cot available. I had to sleep on the floor the...

“Clean, comfy, coffee in room, shampoo- shower gel - conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, iron and board, lots of pillows, modern feel, friendly desk staff, easy on site parking discounted, near airport, easy access to highway, billiards in the lobby, spacious well appointed room, quiet for restful sleep with black out shades. Would do it again.”

“The carpet was super dirty.. I had to bring the towels to an office next to the lobby to be able to get 2 more. The lobby makes the place look like a pay by the week motel!”

“Property is conveniently located right off of interstate 15 minutes from Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and XFINITY Mobile Arena. It is just 5 minutes from airport. Staff / Front Desk were extremely helpful in the check in and finding way around town. Clean lobby and rooms. Seamless checkout.”

“I did not like that the breakfast time was not advertised . I came down at 10.30 am and found that breakfast has ended . There was a coffeemaker in the room but no water in the fridge . Some one in my room needed to take meds but was told by front desk staff to either buy from the vending machine or use the tap. I also felt that price (499 a night ) was too high for a 2 star rated hotel”

“Jättefint område i Philadelphia- mycket charmig B&B - med klassisk inredning med gamla möbler - himmelsängar och öppna spisar. Kontinental frukost helt ok. Kaffet var inget vidare…. ”

“Not a 5 star experience. I got the incorrect room and they were sticklers into not changing it at first till everything was triple checked. They actually made me wait an hour for the incorrect room. Restaurant and bar service while food was understaffed. I was told there was a welcome amenity by Expedia but not given anything.”
