Fantastiska Ocean Front Villa i Pelican Key - Pool och Ocean Tillgång

"La Calanthe", uppkallad efter en vacker rad olika orkidéer är en vacker villa. Det sitter rätt i havet alla sovrum ser direkt till havet med sina egna terrasser.
Alla 3 sovrum har king size-sängar. En enkelsäng kan läggas till på begäran i 2 av rummen.
2 badrum med vardera en dusch och 2 handfat.
Övervaknings, Corinne och Bruno, en fransk par, bor i en bungalow precis bredvid villan, så det är verkligen säker och om du behöver tips eller har särskilda önskemål ... du kan bara be dem.
Mycket privat med en 180 graders utsikt precis vid havet, har du också en bekväm och privat tillgång till havet via en specialbyggd aluminiumstege som sitter på botten av havet. Poolen är stor och vacker.
Köket är fullt utrustat, men om du inte lust att laga mat, kan vi ha en fransk privat kock bara för dig (som inte ingår i villan priset.)
Städning varje 2 dagar i gemensamma delar, sängkläder och handdukar byts en gång per vecka.
Alla sängkläder och handdukar.
Check-in från 03:00 (påsar kan släppas tidigare)
Kassan vid 11:00. (påsar kan lagras fram till avgången)

You can’t beat that view

Amazing location with an incredible view! The house and furniture are a bit run down in comparison to the photos, but once you are in the pool it doesn’t matter. Remember to bring your bug spray and be prepared for iguanas and other creatures to stop by.

Relaxing with Gorgeous Ocean View

A small slice of heaven. Open air concept. Close to everything. No other human noises. Wonderful pool. Lots of chairs and well furnished. Not brand new by any means but it does tjhe ob.Good AC in the bedtooms

PERFECT

This place was amazing, right on the water and in a great location close to all the restaurants and bars in Simspon Bay. The host is very friendly and check in and check out was super easy. Perfect spot to stay with our own pool, you don't even need to go to the beach! We could have sat by the pool everyday and been content. It has the best sunset views. We will definitely be going back and staying here again!

The view says it all

The view is worth it all! The villa is dated and worn, but the view! We spent most of our time at the villa outside around the table or in the pool looking at the ocean. The crashing waves below are a great sound that even at night with all the windows shut you still hear them! location is prime with quick access and a convenience store is in with walking distance. Owner was great and answered all my questions. Be prepared for the mosquitos that come out at night. Fortunately a collection of bug spray and sunscreen was left at the villa to be used and you need the bug spray! Pool was clean and the pool guy came twice during our stay..distance.then.

Beautiful property! We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely trip to Sint Maarten! It started off rocky with flight cancellations and lots of moving pieces. Nadine and Olivier were very accommodating and helpful. The property was lovely and you cannot beat the views, the pool, outdoor gathering g space and access to the ocean. Lots of places to easily walk to from rental and quiet neighborhood.

Truly Unique Location in Paradise

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this properly for a week. The properly was perfectly set up for relaxing, sleeping well, and enjoying the incredible natural beauty of the blue waters right outside. We really enjoyed the huge pool and access to the water where we enjoyed snorkeling. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the added security of a gate. This property is incredible and we highly recommend it for anyone that wants to escape to paradise. The hosts were wonderful also.

Absolutely fantastic! First Class! Tops in SImpson/Cole Bay

this is one of my favorite places I have stayed in Saint Martin. The views were absolutely tremendous. The caretakers were very informative and went through the entire house Upon arrival, the pool was amazing and the ability to jump in the ocean right off the back of the house was even better. Living room opened up to the pool, deck and swimming area. They had plenty of living space outside on the deck and you were able to watch an Unbelievable sunset from the house every day. Thank you so much we will definitely be back.

Beautiful views!

The location and view are second to none! We were welcomed by Corrine and Laurent who are exceptionally kind and we were wowed the moment we walked in and the great room doors were opened to the pool and the ocean. Absolutely spectacular! Access to the water is provided by a narrow ledge and ladder into the water. It is not exactly wade in as the waves are rough but you are able to climb down to swim if you feel adventurous! In comparison to many areas on the island I would say the landscaping, exterior and pool were maintained very well. The house itself and furnishings are dated and tired and in need of some improvement, particularly the outdoor furniture and the master bed (mattress). The condition of these amenities was disappointing given the investment we made for this trip. If you’re looking for privacy, incredible views and a unique setting this property is perfect. The trade off if the condition of some of the basic amenities.

The house was well presented , had great views and was close enough to everything we wanted (restaurants, night life, beaches, grocery stores and main roads) and just far away at the end of the day to retreat to our own little paradise. Beautiful location in Pelican Key

Beautiful! We loved sitting on the veranda watching all of the boats and listening to the crash of the waves below. It is a very relaxing setting and the pool was amazing after some time in the sun. Bruno and Corinne were wonderful and made sure we had what we needed. They do not speak much English so we used a translator app on our phone when necessary. It is a 20 minute walk to most bars and restaurants, but we used a taxi often. I would highly recommend a stay at this ocean front villa.

Would definitely stay again

We didn’t rent a car as we were going on a 7 days island cruise after our stay here. We did not need to rent a car as you can walk just about everywhere you need to go. It was also very relaxing and beautiful. Bring no see um spray though if you’re the kind of person that is a magnet for biting bugs. It was a $7/pp for the 3 of us from the airport. Small deli nearby for essentials and plenty of places to eat.

Relaxing poolside sunsets with yacht parade daily

We have stayed at many places in the Caribbean always looking for the awesome sunset with a pool. La Calanthe is it ! The pictures and property description are Excellent and the property is just as advertised. We spent most of our time on the large outdoor covered living area which lays between the pool deck and the home. This was our location for sunset cocktails and daily relaxing. There is plenty of shade if you do not want direct sunlight but plenty of poolside chairs if you want some sun. The property has both French and U.S. cable TV systems with music channels with outdoor speakers. The caretakers Bruno and Corrine are just steps away if you need help with something (like ordering Thai food delivery on night 1) but also give you plenty of privacy. They are not present unless you want them to be (perfect). The home is located just up the hill (5 minute drive) from what could be described as the Simpson Bay Strip. A popular location for bars and restaurants. We rented a car so we could explore well beyond Simpson Bay. Our favorite restaurant was the Sint Maarten Yacht Club which sits at the draw bridge into the lagoon. At regularly scheduled times (3pm, 4pm, 5pm, etc) you can watch the multi million dollar yachts parade in and out of the narrow lagoon entry. If you are into watching yachts, La Calanthe's infinity pool is a great spot all on its own. There is just a constant flow of mega yachts and sailboats parading in front of the home all day and night. Great relaxing view! Thanks Bruno, Corrine and Olivier, hope to be back soon !

Just do it!

We loved staying at this beautiful property. We had a front row seat to an amazing sunset each night. It's everything that you would want in a vacation rental. You can not go wrong and will be spoiled once you have stayed at this villa. We certainly enjoyed having our own private pool. The pool man kept it clean and crystal clear. Corinne did our laundry--that's a vacation in itself!! Bruno was always available and willing to help in any way. They are 2 special people. By the time we left, it's like we were leaving family.

Amazing

Amazing villa, by the ocean, in a nice area, near the airport, stores, restaurants and beaches. It has an amazing pool, a small private beach and even a dock! The exterior is well conceived with many different spots where to relax by the ocean. There is 3 bedrooms. It was clean. Bruno was very helpful and answered our questions about the villa and the island. Only possible improvement: the BBQ shows its age, but we managed to cook some great steaks and the fresh fish we caught. Overall, a highly recommended place!

Fave house we have ever rented!

We absolutely loved our time here. The view and outdoor living space were breathtaking; we could have just sat on the porch for the whole week. We didn't, because there was so much else to do - from snorkeling right in front of the house to wandering from one French bakery to the next. Our kids, ages 8 & 10, loved the many activities available on the island. And we parents enjoyed sipping wine on the terrace and taking in the spectacular view. While we have traveled extensively through the Caribbean we had never been to St. Maarten before and it is now our favorite island! It offers both amazing beaches and a European feel in town. We will definitely be back. Bruno and Corinne, the property caretakers, could not have been more hospitable or lovely. Corinne even did our laundry for us! Thank you for allowing us to stay on your beautiful property and we hope to return soon!

Je suis venu séjourné ici dans cette magnifique villa Avec ma grand mère l'année dernière

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Bruno et Corinne, séjournant dans une petite maison juste à côté très pratique quand on connais pas l'île. Nous avons passer de bon moment avec eux accompagné de leur chien Chanel j'espère quel va bien d'ailleurs :) Bref j'aimerais revenir cette année sur cette magnifique île et une villa très propre et spacieuse.
