This condo is located on the 3rd floor (up two flights of stairs), Elevator available.

Guests can access the full condo, the community pool and private beach access.
Note - Elevator doors must be closed properly for proper functioning. Weight Limit on the Elevator is 2 adults and a suitcase (upto 650 lbs)
1 day vacancy between all reservations.
Note - We are a contact-free self-check in property. Local Property Manager on the Island available for any questions, cleaning requests, concerns etc.
Other things to note
This location is in the middle of simpson bay strip, yet is quiet and in a residential rental neighborhood. A car is recommended to explore the island during longer stays. Long strips of white sandy beaches await you to explore right outside this condo.
Cleaning Fee - The reservation includes one check-out cleaning per stay. For guests staying for more than 7 days, may request additional cleanings during their stay, at the time of booking. Additional cleanings will be at $100 per cleaning and will need to be scheduled and paid before check-in.
