Lugnt, mysigt och trevligt
Kanonhotell för barnfamiljer. Närmaste omgivningarna är fula och trista, men det vägs upp av närheten till havet och fantstiska stränder samt givetvis hotellets sköna trädgård och trevliga umgängesytor.

Lovely just what we expected for this area we would recommend it but North America visitors have to modify their expectations. It is a working class port limited for the season but we enjoyed the people very much !

Ok hotel with great service
The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. Not their fault but AC was broken so they upgraded us, although ac in that room also not working.bathroom had mold in tub/shower area. Decent hotel in need of some upgrades.

Never go here.
Never go here. Isabelle the manager is the rudest hotel person I have met. The hotel was not at all like advertised. No AC, no restaurant, pool was a disaster. The manager and staff could not have cared less about the guests.

Mediocre
It was not the best of locations but okay. They charged me 20 e per night for my service dog. I read that it is not legal to charge for service animals in the EU. Breakfast was good. The pool area was not taken care of. Weeds were tall and unkept.

Fantastic boutique hotel, staff are excellent, welcoming, responsive and proud of the hotel. Parking is good, breakfast is good and the location is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and choose to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Small thin pillows and the cheapest toilet paper ever made Was above standards when it was built 70 years ago but has never had the bathroom or anything else updated. The staff was very nice.

Beautiful property in an ok area. Very well maintained and child friendly. Staff was awesome as was the breakfast that was included. The pools were clean and the different areas to rest and relax within the property were immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel. Hospitality was 10/10. Extremely comfortable bed, fantastic meals at the restaurant. The pool is lovely. Amenities like a children's section to play and a gym are also a big plus. The hostesses are outstanding. It's worth spending a day or more here to rest.

Abusive charge of extra beds
We were charged 2 extra beds when there was NOTHING in our reservation mentioning it. I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the hotel because I showed my reservation and even did a simulation of a booking in front of the manager to show that there was nothing mentioning extra fees and they charged it the same way. I did a complaint to the authorities. Dora in our check in was the most sweet and gentle host.

At arriving to the hotel we are greeted by a friendly face who was most helpful, check in was quickly done and after showing us to our room for approval she advised us of restaurant/ breakfast times. All the staff that we encountered were exceptional, In these times of Covid. Plenty of hand wash and extremely clean, would book again

hotel excecional e muita simpatia.
Hotel muito agradável, empregados super simpáticos, pequeno-almoço sempre repleto de qualidade e muito abundante, gostos para todos, fiquei surpreendida com a cidade, muito mais bonita do que esperava, praia excelentes a 6-15 minutos de carro de hotel. O restaurante do hotel talvez precise de alguns ajustes na comida, a refeição que fiz não foi excelente como o hotel merecia.

Correu muito bem, muito bem atendidos, funcionários muito atenciosos, destacando-se a senhora da receção que nos recebeu na 6a feira 31/7 quando chegamos +/- pelas 17/18h. Só coisas positivas a recomendar. Um hotel para voltar a repetir e que vamos recomendar!!!

Great stay in Sines.
First of all let's note that he surroundings are a little sketchy as it is mostly an industrial and fishing town. But the hotel itself is splendid. Very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room are very clean. There is an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, as well as a fitness room. Breakfast was amazing - with cheese, meat, eggs, pastries, cakes, orange juice, etc etc.

hotel muy familiar.fuimos con nuestra peque de dos años y no pudimos estar más cómodos. habitación con balcón con hamacas y que daba a la piscina. piscina infantil exterior climatizada llena de hinchables, juguetes exteriores numerosos (columpio, subibaja, casita, castillo...) todo en entorno de cesped...cuando vi ese espacio imaginé todo lleno de niños pero para nada..es un sitio perfecto pequeño con todo lo necesario y sin aglomeraciones. perfecto para ir en familia. la única pega es que está algo alejado del centro, pero llevábamos coche y solíamos acercarnos a playas idilicas a 8 km y pueblecito de portocovo que está muy cerca. en definitiva repetiría. muy muy atentos el personal
