Allt om denna lägenhet är toppen av linjen, första klass och obefläckat ren. Har fantastisk 180 graders vykort-perfekt havsutsikt. Tre sovrum har två badrum och ett halvt badrum.

Vi hyr endast ut till ansvarsfulla gäster som vill ha det bästa av Palm Beach i en lugn och kvalitativ miljö. Därför ber vi våra gäster om att ge en beskrivning av sig själva och deras part i fråga om yrke och bakgrund.

Detta rymliga boende har ett gourmetkök, vardagsrum, matplats, tvättstuga och en stor master-svit med marmorgolv i hela, anpassade köksskåp, bänkskivor i granit och Miele-apparater.

Ritz Carlton Residences är en ny utveckling med prisbelönta utmärkelser och fantastiska bekvämligheter. Utvecklingen inkluderar två pooler, en på / eller faktiskt på stranden (se bilder), vanlig däckpool, restaurang på plats, två privata biografer, två sociala rum med biljardbord, två fitnessrum, privata kabaner, conciergeservice och egen ingång. Det finns privata hytter och täckta solstolar runt poolen. Det finns så många palmer att du känner att du är i Karibien förutom att du kan shoppa i West Palm Beach!

Singer Island ligger bara några minuter från berömda Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace i West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Restauranger, Golfbanor. The condo was nice. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The Ritz property was also nice and the employees were friendly and helpful. I would give the condo and property a 5 star rating. The reason for my lower rating is because the water was turned off to the condo when we checked in. We were not able to use the bathrooms and had to call the Ritz concierge and request help. Not being able to shower or use the bathrooms after a long day of travel was very frustrating. The management company should have taken responsibility for handling the repairs. The repairs should have been completed before our arrival and should not have negatively impacted our vacation. The appropriate repairs were finished the following morning, but the situation negatively impacted our first full day and the following morning.

What a wonderful property! The balcony is huge and it was perfect for our morning coffee and evening cocktails while we enjoyed the view of the ocean. The apartment is comfortable with premium bedding and a well appointed kitchen. The resort had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant especially the movie theater and pool. The staff were top notch, always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was amazing. Everything we could have asked for and more. The employees went above and beyond answering questions and helping us get acquainted with the property. Only drawback was one pool was closed and under construction. Not a big issue as there were not a lot of people there during our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back.

Nice oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies. The primary suite was spacious and had great views. The condo had all we needed and the host was very accommodating. Ritz staff was just as we expected - the best!

Beautiful views and great amenities

We loved the views and amenities. The size of the condo and layout were great for our family of five. The staff at the front desk, pool, and beach were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were easy to reserve and use. The pools and beach were not crowded at all. The only downside was a 24/7 Seven Eleven right next door. It got a little lively at 2am one night (I called security to see if anything could be done and it was addressed very quickly and the people left), It was also loud when they emptied the dumpsters outside or the Seven Eleven got deliveries from trucks, This was usually mid morning and was brief, so if you’re up early it won’t be a problem. All in all the place gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy our vacation time together!

I would return here

All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. But, we still enjoyed the view from the 4th floor and the balcony was shaded which was super nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without being in the full, hot sun. The unit was quite lovely and enjoyable for us, 2 couples. We brought our snorkel gear and to our pleasant surprise there were numerous rock formations directly off the beach with plenty of fish to see. The private beach with staff to accommodate your needs (chairs, umbrella) was great! We also enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will come back. They do not provide kleenex tissues, so I had to buy that. We brought our own coffee. There is a Publix grocery store across the bridge, short drive.

great family vacation

we really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed the two pools and the beach. In addition, there were tennis courts right next door. Would highly recommend!
