You’ll feel right at home in this ground-floor apartment. The spacious living room invites relaxation with its cozy seating area, featuring a sofa and two armchairs by the television, and a dining table that seats six. Sliding doors lead directly from the living room to the garden.

The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the garden through sliding doors, making cooking a pleasure with beautiful views of the Oosterschelde. It includes modern appliances like a cooktop, combi-microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Coffee lovers can enjoy a Nespresso machine, while tea drinkers have a kettle at their disposal.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), plenty of storage space, and even a TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.

The spacious bathroom boasts a lovely walk-in rain shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet. Additional storage is available in an open bathroom cabinet.

The apartment also includes a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There's a storage closet with a vacuum cleaner for added convenience. Downstairs, a dedicated storage room is available for parking bicycles and charging electric bikes. For families, a foldable baby bed (60x120 cm) and a high chair are provided, and up to two pets are welcome.
