Relax in the airy living room, where large windows frame breathtaking panoramic views of the Oosterschelde. Step out onto one of two private balconies—the perfect spots for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The kitchen offers everything you need: a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, plus both Nespresso and filter coffee makers. Enjoy casual meals at the kitchen bar or dine al fresco on the large terrace overlooking the marina, complete with sun loungers and a dining table.

Both bedrooms come with comfortable double beds and direct balcony access, allowing you to wake up to serene views of either the marina or the sparkling waters of the Oosterschelde. One bedroom also includes a TV for added comfort. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the availability of a folding baby cot and a high chair.

The area around the apartment is perfect for indulging in water sports, as well as exploring scenic walking and cycling routes. For a memorable day out, you can take your bike on the ferry to Zierikzee or head to the charming center of Sint-Annaland. There, you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops to explore, adding both adventure and relaxation to your stay.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm this.Overnight visitors must be registered and can only stay after receiving approval. An additional fee for bed linen and tourist tax applies.Pets are not allowed.Youth groups are not permitted.Please note! Business stays are not permitted in the Vista Maris properties.
