Inside, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and lovely views of the pool and surrounding scenery. The spacious living area connects seamlessly with the modern open kitchen, creating a welcoming space to gather, cook and relax. A separate utility area with laundry facilities and a dedicated workstation add to the convenience of your stay.

The ground floor features the living area, kitchen and practical amenities, while the first floor is home to the master suite and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible.

Beach & Resort Facilities

Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach is approximately a 5–10 minute walk away. With crystal-clear waters, palm trees and shaded spots to relax, it is an inviting place to spend the day. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, diving or paddleboarding, or simply settle into a beach chair and take in the tropical surroundings.

As a guest of Villa Bocazul 2, you enjoy complimentary access to the beach, including the use of a beach chair. Other facilities within Blue Bay, including the 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and dive center, are also available, with applicable fees charged separately.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
