Rummet var bra, men tyvärr låg det lite off & långt ifrån stranden, ca.10min. Stranden var jättefin, bra restauranger, men tyvärr otrevlig personal på strandrestaurangen & personalen som släppte in oss till stranden.

Rent och fint på rummet.
Härlig strand ca 10 min gångväg. Man måste ha bil för att kunna handla o ta sig någonstans. Negativt att det inte finns en liten butik på resorten. Supertrevlig manager ( Marijke) mycket hjälpsam! Vi fick behålla rummet tills det var dags att åka till flygplatsen.

Helt ok vecka!
Rent och snyggt, tog la en kvart drygt att promenera till beachen. Schysst kök och inrett med grejer från Ikea, vilket var nice. Poolen var fylld med ungar så där badade vi inte alls.

Bra service och fint område
Det var grattis WiFi men det funkade tyvärr inte för mig hela tiden. Jag trodde att lägenheten låg närmare stranden, typ 5 min promenads men den var 10-15 min, särskild jag som hade barn med mig. Pooolen låg nära så där var vi nästan varje dag en liten stund. Rummet var ren och service var mkt bra

Loved staying here! Blue Bay is definitely the best place to stay in the island. We rented a car and explored everything since it was in a very convenient location close to supermarkets, downtown and other beautiful beaches like port marie and cas abao beach.

Needs a pool.
The room was very comfortable. There was really no view. There is no pool! It is about a 15 minute walk to a small, very crowded beach. The staff were helpful but overall it was expensive fr what you get.

The Lodges are roomy and modern and the deck is perfect for sitting on the swing and enjoying the weather. I only wish that there had been a screen door so that we could leave the room open to the breeze, but there are too many bugs to make it worth the risk. Other than the restaurants at the resort, there are few places to eat in this part of the island. There are some really well-stocked grocery stores nearby though so make sure you get a room with a kitchen. Very safe, and parking is easy. The beach is a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive, but there are other bigger beaches to drive to in the area.

The lodges are way too far from the beach and restaurant, which are about 25 to 30 minutes away walking.

The Sunday SELF-check-in was quite unique and efficient as they sent us emails prior to our arrival for a smooth entry through the BlueBay gated area! The room was extremely modern equipped with everything necessary for our meals… a fantastic local supermarket nearby, as well 3 restaurants on the property which were not cheap … a dinner for 2 including drinks at LemonGrass restaurant cost us 120.00 US dollars. The beautiful clean beach was walking distance by 12 minutes

this property is divine. the cleaning staff is divine. it's a kind of rbnb. the property is large so you don't need to leave it as it has three restaurants. It does not have a pool but it has a beautiful beach. You're going to love it. To enter the beach you have to show a QR code for each person, this part annoyed me because only I made the reservation and my partner was required another separate QR code. It's uncomfortable because we had to bring two cell phones. if you need personal things like toothpaste or conditioner you need a car to go out because it's a long walk, but if you bring everything and just want to relax you don't need a car. the reception girl is very loving. Thanks 😊 see you soon 😊

Room was very good. Could have used better lighting. Television reception was very erratic. Construction traffic created a lot of noise and walking was hazardous due to the lack of walking paths.

Prima accommodatie op een mooi terrein. Kamer om de dag schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken. Keuken toereikend genoeg om zelf te kunnen koken. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi strand. Mooie snorkelplek. Enige minpunt, tv gaat via internet en is continue aan het bufferen waardoor beeld stilvalt.

Struttura abbastanza nuova, stanza unica con cucina divano e letto separati da una mini parete. Essenziale e funzionale, forse troppo essenziale… sarebbe utile avere i comodini dove c’è il letto e qualche mobile in più per appoggiare le cose. Bagno grande, doccia molto grande. Le pulizie vengono effettuate lunedì mercoledì e venerdì, negli altri giorni non viene neanche fatto il cambio asciugamani. Reception aperta solamente per qualche ora la mattina, per gli arrivi del pomeriggio lasciano le chiavi in una cassetta della posta chiusa da un lucchetto a combinazione che comunicano via mail. I lodges si trovano all’interno di un mega resort composto da appartamenti di residenti e strutture per i turisti sparsi in mezzo ad un bel campo da golf. La spiaggia non è vicinissima e nemmeno comoda da raggiungere a piedi in quanto c’è da percorrere per un pezzo una strada senza marciapiede e con salite e discese. All’interno del resort per quanto potuto vedere c’è solamente un ristorante, più il ristorante e bar della spiaggia. Entrata gratuita in spiaggia anche se non si possono portare nei cibi e bevande. Il bar e il ristorante non sono proprio a buon prezzo. Spiaggia carina, abbastanza frequentata, non è tra le migliori dell’isola a mio parere. Fuori dal resort non c’è granché (solo per arrivare all’entrata servono almeno tre minuti di auto), c’è un grande supermercato a cinque minuti di auto ma non ho visto ristoranti o negozi. Auto decisamente indispensabile.

Facts of my experience: - The room and the resort in it's self is pretty nice. - I did not get an upgrade neither was asked about this feature - I asked for extra cleaning upon my booking (allergy reasons),did not get that(you'll read about that below) - Stove did not work well. Took about 45 min to cook pancakes and some eggs - t.v. stopped working from the first night, did not work and kept freezing for the whole duration of the stay - WIFI is terrible. - A water pipe burst the second day. There was no water for the most part of the day and the duration to fix this was longer then expected. When the water did return, the pressure stayed low till the last day of my stay. I asked for the refund policy, which they was willing to give me. But... Seeing they don't have 24 hours reception, I couldn't go get my refund when I asked for it and had to wait till the day after that. I was willing to stay IF they could at least fix my t.v. and left reception upon that agreement. When I came back to the room, it was NOT fixed and there was no one at reception. I couldn't get my refund so I had to cancel the hotel i had on stand by. The next day I couldn't leave my room. I was sick because of an allergy attack so slept the whole day because of the medicine. I do have understanding that some of these situations are not completely under the hotels control, but I don't feel I was compensated at all and there wasn't enough effort on trying to make it better for me, the paying guest.

The area it self is very quiet and beautiful. The TV was not working because the IP TV was hanging very much, in the middle of the night the AC got frozen and stop cooling the room.
