This apartment is located in one of Siófok's popular resort areas, close to the shores of Lake Balaton. The nearby beaches are easily accessible on foot, eliminating the need for long car rides or parking issues. The shores of Lake Balaton are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, and the view from the apartment makes your time here even more special. Siófok is known as the capital of Lake Balaton and offers plenty of recreational opportunities. In the city center, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment venues, allowing you to explore the local cuisine and nightlife effortlessly. The Siófok Water Tower and the famous Siófok promenade are also nearby, providing opportunities for pleasant strolls and soaking in the atmosphere of the Balaton waterfront. We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM The Admiral Garden is located in Siófok, in the Balatonszéplak district, just one and a half kilometers from the city center, on one of the most beautiful stretches of Lake Balaton known as the Silver Shore. Everything here is designed to ensure relaxation. In the summer, the water temperature averages around 25°C, which is highly favorable for water sports enthusiasts. Swimming is free on this section of the shore, and a paved promenade with benches and resting areas runs along the waterfront. In the winter, Lake Balaton often freezes, offering a top-notch ice-skating rink. The thermal baths around the lake provide pleasant relaxation in every season. The natural surroundings are enchanting as well. In the vicinity of the property, there is an abundance of options for leisure and entertainment. Grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops, beachwear stores, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby, while the Sió Plaza with Tesco supermarkets operates in the city center of Siófok. Access to the apartment: By car, you can reach the apartment by taking the M7 motorway and exiting at Siófok center (exit 105), then driving along Vak Bottyán Street and Erkel Ferenc Street for approximately 3 kilometers. Alternatively, you can take the Siófok West exit (exit 112) on the M7 motorway, then follow the 70 road, passing Széplak-felső railway station and Jubileum Square. If you arrive by train, you should disembark at Széplak-felső railway station. The long-distance bus stop is located on the 70 road at Széplak-felső railway station. Local buses make their stops closest to Széplak-felső Post Office. A taxi station can be found at Siófok Railway Station. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
