• STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENT
Kindly use the balconies for smoking. Ashtray will be provided in the balcony. Violation will attract a fine 3000 INR.

• QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES
Please obey quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

• NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
This space comfortably fits 3 adults. No unregistered guests will be allowed. Hosting of any unregistered guest will attract a a fine of 3000 INR.

• LATE CHECK-OUT
A late check-out after 10:15am will attract a 1500 INR charge.
