Not a villa
A nice townhouse but lacked the feeling of privacy as the entrance was next to another property’s entrance and parking was shared. It was also a hassle to enter and leave the property with the need for multiple keys to get in or out which is a fire hazard. A fee for heating was also unexpectedly charged at an already very expensive stay.

Dear Michelle, we are grate that you liked the home, yes for enter and go out served the keys, it's our choise dont gave in equipment the controller and its rude to tell at the owner how manage her home, i dont know if you dont have the keys in your own home, if you dont want see nobody around you , i reccomad you next time to rent a house in a remote place instead in one of the most turistic country near the garda lake, parking inside livingroom for stay hidden its not possibile :) anyway inside the property the only one person that can see you are my family, that lives in onother part of the property, and considering that along your stay the wheather was rainy, i dont know how many times you meet tham out in the garden, the only place in shared, like wrot in the description on the web site, where is wrote also cleary the extracost heating, without considering the auctomactly email that we send before every arriving. yes probably Residenza La Favola is not your place ... too much flower and good vibration surraunded. all the Best Dominique

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und Pool
Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch kleine Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und viel Geschmack im regionalen Stil eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Alles funktioniert bestens - auch die Klimaanlage arbeitet perfekt. Es gibt 2 Terrassen mit Sitzmöbeln plus einen Wintergarten. Ein Highlight ist der wunderbare Garten inkl. sehr großem Pool, der täglich gepflegt wird. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die sich super nett und immer hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert hat. Buchung, Check-In und Check-Out haben ebenfalls super funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit selber wieder hier buchen. Vielen lieben Dank Dominique für die wunderbare Zeit - und herzliche Grüße an deine Eltern!

Ein traumhaftes Haus
Das Haus liegt sehr schön in den Weinbergen. Nach Sirmione ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch Verona ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es zahlreich. Das Haus ist extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und in tadellosen Zustand. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Pool ist groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zauberhafte Unterkunft
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Unsere Unterkunft, in idyllischer Lage in einem Wein-Anbaugebiet, befand sich ca. 4 km von Sirmione entfernt. Der Außenbereich war sehr hübsch angelegt und gepflegt mit einem großen Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. . Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Der lange Weg von der Nordsee hat sich gelohnt. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin - auch für den tollen Restaurant-Tipp. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Andreas & Gabriela

Wonderful villa!!
We had a wonderful time here! The villa is beautiful - very clean and spacious. The swimming pool is larger than average and a perfect way to cool off! Dominique is lovely and always at hand for any help and advice! The villa is in a beautiful peaceful spot, ideal for getting away from it all!

Wunderschöne geschmackvolle Villa in den Weinbergen
Wir waren zu fünft in der Residenza Favola und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Räume sind großzügig bemessen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein bißchen schade ist, dass es im Erdgeschoss kein WC gibt und der Schlafplatz der fünften Person mitten im Wohnzimmer ist, durch das man immer durch muss, sowohl wenn man ins Haus hinein als auch in die Küche geht. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wir können das Feriendomizil absolut weiter empfehlen.

Amazing Villa
We stayed in this region to enjoy some wine tasting tours and experiences but did not appreciate just how good the Laguna Doc area was and how accessible on foot or bicycle to four vineyards including the amazing 5* Casello Bondoni - Dominique was always at hand to help and contactable, the pool was cleaned every day, the villa was spotlessly clean had everything you needed and the bicycles were a great way to cycle into Colombare the nearest town and into Sirmione - we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return

Très belle villa au calme à quelques minutes du lac.
La maison avec piscine est un petit bijou. Décoration raffinée. Très belle ambiance. Belle piscine. Commerces à 5 minutes à vélo. Vélos sur place. Maison climatisée. Indispensable quand les températures grimpent en été. Propriétaire facilement joignable. Belle adresse....

Really nice
We have just returned from a week at this place and it was absolutely great. The house and the neighbourhood is quiet and green, so it is perfect with children. If you want to go to busy Sirmione center, its only a few minutes drive. To be honest, in the main season, we preferred to be a little outside the hustle. Pool is very large and keeps children happy for hours if need be. House if very well equipped, very clean and kept in very good order, as is the garden. Can only fully recommend this house.

Ein schön eingerichtetes, gepflegtes Haus, ruhig gelegen inmitten der Weinstöcke des Lugana-Weins
Unser Aufenthalt in der Residenza la Favola mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind war sehr schön. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig inmitten von Weinstöcken gelegen, den Gardasee erreicht man gleichwohl in 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad oder gar fußläufig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schön eingerichtet, gut gepflegt und bieten ausreichend Raum für Kinder fürs Toben am eigenen Pool und im Garten, aber auch zum Ausruhen. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

lovely spacious house, tastefully furnished, great location, kitchen exeptionally well equipped.
We have spent one week at this lovely quiet house between Sirmione and Desenzano and enjoyed every minute of it. The generous kitchen is very well equipped and tastefully furnished as is the rest of the house. The pool is a joy to spend time at surrounded by a beautiful garden. The property is surrounded by grapevines and it is lovely to wake up in the morning overlooking the vineyard. Dominique, thank you very much for a lovely week we are definitely coming back soon.
