Sisikon Uri (453 metres above sea level) lies on the eastern shore of Lake Uri on the delta of the Riemenstaldnerbach stream. Sisikon borders the Schwyz municipalities of Morschach and Riemenstalden to the north and the Uri municipalities of FlĂŒelen and BĂŒrglen to the south, and the village is overlooked by striking pre-Alpine peaks: the Fronalpstock to the north-east and the Kaiserstock chain to the south-east. Opposite, the lake offers a view of the glacier pyramid of the Urirotstock and the surrounding mountains, and thanks to the mild climate, figs and kiwis thrive in Sisikon.
