“Good location, decent small breakfast, nice bed, bring your wall adapter and cell charger, coffee is weak in breakfast room, Safeway across the street, small TV, non functioning AC”

“Very clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was a little cold and the hot water ran out. There was no shampoo and very little soap. Only 1 tissue left in the box so I had to go ask for more. Despite the above comments, we will stay here again if passing through Medford, OR again.”

“#26 Loved the jacuzzi and real wood fireplace. The pool table in the basement was a bonus. Staff were all very nice. The fountains were useful to drown out the freeway and other noise. Breakfast was pretty good -look for the 1/2 servings of frittata. A bit dated and raggedy but cozy like visiting your favorite grandparents. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough but we would stay again! Location was so convenient.”

“Awful, no dressers nowhere to put your clothes,no shower soap, no holders for soap. Breakfast was awful footwasbad to begin with then ran out of juice, Yogurt, yogurt, sir fruit was old and stale just playing awful”

“Overall, we thought the Quality Inn was great! Check in was very efficient and staff was kind and friendly. The room was clean, loved that they had so many amenities like a gym, pool, sauna, and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. I was especially pleased that they had fresh hot coffee at 3:00 am. Flight was too early to take advantage of their breakfast. I went with four stars due to chemical smell of cleaner, but that was relieved with the ability to open window and door for...

“We didn't have a good experience here. Before we entered the hotel we had registered 3 rooms but when arivws we were told we only had 2 rooms. And when we went to our rooms it looked like someone smoked there .Also we had a baby with us so we asked for an crib and when we got one it was really dirty so we didnt use it.”
