The house is quite nice and as described and pictured. The check-in procedure was awful and communication with host non-existent. Apparently the resort acts as the host, but resort staff were woefully unaware of the process for this property. I was not provided with access info for the property before arrival. Unlike most rentals, it does not have a keypad for entry but rather traditional keys. Check-in desk said they do not have keys. It took multiple calls to VRBO and their communication with resort desk before resort staff realized they had physical keys. Check-in took an hour. When settling in we discovered the ice maker did not work, there was no ice nor ice trays and temps were in the 90s. Maintenance was called and they repaired the ice maker. I also was not given wi-fi network name and password in arrival email. Called resort staff and was given 2 different network names and passwords, but neither worked. Tech staff resolved the problem the next day. Very frustrating start to our stay, but enjoyed the property once issues resolved.
