Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub and an amazing view of the stars at night. Inside, light up a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and bask in the cabin-inspired atmosphere. If it's sunny outside, just relax in the central air-conditioning. The lovely kitchen features stone countertops, full-size appliances, and an extra-large fridge all just a quick walk to the deck. Younger guests will love playing in the upstairs loft which has shelves full of children's toys and books plus a TV. But every room has a lovely view of the woods, and you'll never be too far from the backyard's wraparound deck. You will also be within easy walking distance to many of the Black Butte amenities, which include the shared pool, sauna, tennis court, and basketball court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
