Denna semesterbostad i centrala Sisters ligger 15 minuters promenad från Shibui Spa, Peterson Ridge Trail och Village Green Park. Cliff Clemens Park ligger 1,6 km härifrån.

I would describe the stay and home as “fair.” Furniture and carpet worn. Kitchen less well stocked than other homes we have stayed in. Be aware that “yard”, while fenced, is more of a ravine. No grass, etc. We did take advantage of the movie theater, which is walking distance from the home. Prompt response from management was appreciated when front door lock was broken. Overall I think we would not stay in Sisters again. Driving the extra hour to Sunriver is worth it for the amenities and activities available for families. However, if you need a dog friendly home in Sisters, this one is worth checking out.

The house and property is huge. We stayed with our two adult children and everyone had their own room. The living room was perfect for hanging out with our family pup, who felt right at home. The kitchen is really nicely stocked with cooking utensils and basics. The huge fenced yard right off the living room was great for letting the pup in and out. A great place to stay.

Great pet friendly property

FENCED IN BACKYARD!!!! DOGS HAD A GREAT TIME!! It was so nice to have a yard to playball in and relax on patio. Really nice updated house. Had everything we needed. Great location!

Great house, close to town

The house was just as described, close to town and in a quiet area! The house was clean and perfect for a quick weekend get away with family! We also loved how easy of a drive it was to Hoodoo Mtn.

Be ready to shovel snow and ice

The house itself was fine. The upstairs bathtub was dirty when we arrived and several lightbulbs were out. The property was difficult to find because the house numbers were small and somewhat hidden, the front door is inside a fence so it is difficult to find, and the garage is only accessible from another street which is not indicated anywhere in the listing. The most difficult part was the 12 inches of snow and ice on the front steps, blocking the front gate, and on the driveway blocking the garage door access. When contacted about this, Vacasa stated it was their winter weather policy to not remove snow and ice. They recommended we do it ourselves for safety. Considering we could not safely enter the property this seems less than helpful. After we spent several hours shoveling snow and trying to break up ice we decided to leave 2 days early after no assistance from Vacasa. I would not recommend staying here or at other Vacasa properties unless you are willing and able to do lots of manual labor, or you know there will not be snow during your stay.

The code didn't work after first entry(the front door lock was broken). We had to leave property unlocked when out. 2 of our party stayed in when we left for the day to the falls. The hot tub didn't work. They cleaned it on last day and we couldn't use it. Not good communication about garage door code. We figured it out last day. They should just send it with door code. Not enough seating in living room. Sleeps 8, we had 5 in our group. The house could use a deep cleaning but overall the house was clean.

Great House But Could Use a Little TLC

This is a nice house. Maybe 5-10 years old and built of good quality materials. I appreciate that it is pet friendly - that is one reason we rented it. But, the carpet was dirty and smelled of pet urine. The kitchen countertops were not clean - grease, dried on food particles and dirt. We cleaned the countertops before we unloaded our groceries. The kitchen was lacking aluminum foil and plastic wrap - standard kitchen stock items. Towels were thin, white low-end motel quality. TVs worked well as did internet. We had difficulty locking the front door. The door jam was out of alignment and required the handle to be tugged in order for the locking mechanism to lock. Had a few frustrating hours trying to get it to work after contacting Vacasa. The next day the local manager texted us with this tip. Why don't you just fix the door so it operates correctly? We were notified a few hours before our rental that the upstairs shower was not working and that it would be fixed in 3 days. That meant four adults sharing one shower for the 4 day stay. Vacasa said they would give us a $500 credit due to this problem. They screwed up - I had to call 5 times before it was finally in their system. This was our first experience with Vacasa management and I was not impressed. I did not like the "Live Chats" with Vacasa - not helpful. Customer service reps are very pleasant but don't seem particularly competent.

Great place - needs attention!

Very nice property! Unfortunately, it needs some TLC. Several of the chairs felt like they were about to fall apart or have the arms come off. The hot tub was cold and did not heat up before we had to leave. We had a good stay, but just a little maintenance could have made it so much better.

Great house!

When we arrived the front door was left wide open. Kind of nervous going in. The house was great, but cleaning staff did not stock paper towels, toilet paper, or dishwashing soap. We had to buy them. Great yard for the dog. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, appliances, and pans. Everything you might need. We would definitely rent this again. Beautiful home!

Nice place, we’ve stayed before, but…

Overall the property is nice and a good value - again we’ve stayed here before. Having said that, several small things could make it better. They are: Sweep the patio Dust the tv cabinets in the bedrooms Replace the mattresses - master bedroom is horrible One extra roll of TP in the whole house No dishwasher soap Family room chairs are on their last legs and one nearly collapsed. Hot tub maintenance guy came twice in one week. No knock, no nothing, just came into the backyard unannounced. This is a huge concern! Coffee cups only - this coffee lover enjoys a mug TV remotes (4 on the coffee table - very confusing). 1 Directv remote had no batteries and the other one had batteries that didn’t work. Had to swap batteries back and worth depending on what we wanted to watch. Also, it took a few minutes but discovered that the garage door code is what is needed for the garage house door, not the code provided.

Great weekend

Everything was great at the property. Only two complaints, first the entry code was not sent to me. A 10 digit code that looked like a phone number was sent. Luckily the cleaning lady was there to check in about 3.30. I didn’t get the right code till 7:30 that evening after a couple phone calls and texts. Second the hot tube is a must have it was hot and fairly easy to use. But it needs drained and cleaned! Great location and great layout for the four of us guys. Would use it again.

Great location, home needs some TLC

This home is in a great location, close to the Sisters Lodge, downtown, a park on the river. The home is spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would love to know the brand. But even though this home is pet friendly it smelled of strong urine, and animals. The home was well stocked but very very dusty. The home if the main living area and primary bedrooms carpet was replaced and the rug under the table it would smell much better. Having a pet friendly home is awesome but you have to replace the carpet regularly otherwise it smells badly. They also could benefit from replacing the bath mats as they were old. The home does have a large yard with poo bags, however you have to know there is zero grass. So the dogs will come in and bring in dirt and you have to wipe their paws. For the price of this home we were very disappointed and ended up leaving early due to the smell. Bummer because as stated above the beds were comfy and the location was great! The management company was responsive prior to arrival but not during the stay and upon our early departure.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great family snowboard trip thanks to this house. Hot tub was a first for us and it was clean and easy to use. We did not have pets but our children enjoyed the backyard space when it snowed for a safe place off the road for them to play . House was exactly like the listing described. Inside the electric fireplace made for a quick easy warmth and mood in the living room. Newly built home made the stay enjoyable. The house is located close to restaurants and town easy to go out to get dinner. We even walked to the restaurant for dinner which made it easier than packing up the kids plus a walk after dinner was nice too. Garage was nice to keep car out of the weather and helped with unpacking and loading gear. We look forward to coming back again next year. I highly recommend this house for a family trip.
