As our valued guest, your rental includes one free ticket, per activity, per day to some of our favorite attractions including a Ghost Tour, Museum Tickets, Conoeing, and more! The Space:

The living room features a smart TV and fireplace for movie nights, with picture windows framing views of the surrounding community. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances, ample counter space, and cookware for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats 4 for meals or game nights. Step out to the private balcony for morning coffee with mountain views. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. A second full bathroom offers a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. Washer and dryer in-unit. WiFi and streaming available. Street parking for 2 vehicles. ❄️ In winter, the fireplace keeps you warm after snowshoeing or skiing nearby. ☀️ In summer, enjoy access to the Pine Meadow Village pool and spa, open Memorial Day through mid-September. Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Street parking available in front and on the side of the home for 2 vehicles maximum. AWD or 4WD required during winter months. During snowfall, avoid parking in front during plowing hours per local ordinance. You'll receive 1 keycard for access to Pine Meadow Village amenities including the pool, spa, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Please return the keycard to the unit at checkout.



The Neighborhood:

Walk to downtown Sisters in minutes to explore boutique shops, local cafes, and the charming main street lined with Western storefronts. Sisters is home to annual events like the Sisters Rodeo and Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. Deschutes National Forest is nearby with hiking and biking trails through pristine wilderness. The town sits at the base of the Three Sisters peaks: North Sister, Middle Sister, and South Sister, popular for climbing and backcountry adventure. A scenic 20-minute drive takes you to Bend, where you can visit the Old Mill District, walk the Deschutes River Trail, or tour craft breweries. Hoodoo Ski Area is about 30 minutes away for winter sports.



Getting Around:

Sisters is located on Highway 20 in the Cascade Mountains. The home is approximately 20 miles northwest of Bend, a 20-minute drive via Highway 20. Redmond Municipal Airport is about 35 miles away, roughly a 40-minute drive. Hoodoo Ski Area is around 22 miles west on Highway 20, about 30 minutes. Mt. Bachelor is approximately 45 minutes south via Bend. Portland is about 140 miles northwest, a 2.5-hour drive on Highway 20 and I-84.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum

• Pine Meadow Village Amenities: Guests receive 1 keycard for access to the pool, spa, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Please return the keycard to the unit at checkout. Lost, missing, or damaged keycards incur a $125 replacement fee.

• Pool and Spa: Open Memorial Day weekend through labor day weekend, hours 8:30am-8:30pm. Lap swim weekdays 8:30am-10am.

• Tennis Courts: Open seasonally mid-March through October, first-come first-served. Closed for winter November 1 through mid-March. Courts are open to the public per PUD agreement with the City of Sisters.

• No BBQ or fire pit use at the unit.

• Make sure all windows and doors are locked before leaving.

• Turn off all AC units and lights before checking out.

• No parties allowed.

• No smoking inside the property or on the balcony.

• Do not exceed maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

• Observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am and be respectful to neighbors.
