Beach Villa Aralinn The Beach Villa Aralinn in Sitges has been beautifully restored and partly modernised with all comforts in mind, but also trying to maintain its old charm and typical features of a traditional Mediterranean house , such as beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, wooden shutters and wrought iron bars.

Despite its location in the city centre, the house offers a haven of tranquillity in a spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors.

The entrance of the house leads directly into the attractive dining room with an antique solid wood table and chairs. There are also two wooden rocking chairs, a fireplace (not in use) and some traditional furniture that give a special touch to the space.

The dining room leads to a small interior courtyard (open to the sky) with a beautiful collection of local plants.

From here, our guests will find the kitchen, which maintains its original cupboards and charm, but all appliances, such as oven, stove, fridge/freezer and even the sink, have been modernised for the convenience of our guests. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a small round table and two chairs, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before jumping onto the beach.

Furthermore, at street level, our guests will find a large living room with two white three-seater sofas each, an armchair, a fireplace (not in use), a small collection of Catalan ceramics and old paintings by local artists on the walls. This area is directly connected to the kitchen and the dining room mentioned above.

A flight of stairs with beautiful blue and white tiles leads to the first floor where our guests will find all the bedrooms.

The master bedroom features an impressive solid wood double bed with carved wooden headboard. There are three further bedrooms on this level, two of them with a double bed each and the last one with two single beds, one hidden under the other (trundle bed) so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool the air on summer nights.

There are two modern bathrooms on the first floor, each with shower, sink and toilet.

Further up, on the second floor, our guests will find a large multipurpose room with different areas including a study area with a large glass table ideal for working on the computer, a living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and two armchairs and another chill-out area with a beautiful sofa with an iron frame and cushions imitating antique mattresses, the perfect place for a moment of relaxation.

But the highlight of this level and also of the entire property is the spacious and well-equipped terrace that opens from the multipurpose room.

The terrace has an L-shaped sofa, some additional chairs and many local plants, most of the year, in bloom. This terrace is a very special place to relax with your family or friends. You will surely enjoy unforgettable evenings on this terrace!

There is also a third full bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Finally, another flight of stairs leads to the rooftop terrace, where our guests can enjoy stunning views of the rooftops of the old town and partial sea views.

There is a small laundry room accessible from the roof terrace where our guests will find the washing machine and some cleaning utensils.

Thanks to its thick walls, the entire property is well insulated from the summer heat, but there is an air conditioning unit on the second, warmer floor to provide additional comfort for our guests. Likewise, there is a new air conditioner on the ground floor to keep the common areas cool. And during the winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating via hot water radiators.

Villa Aralinn is a wonderful example of a traditional Sitges property on a quiet street and just a few steps from the beach with a beautiful private roof terrace providing a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Reminders: We do not recommend this villa to people who may have difficulty accessing the rooms via several stairs and we suggest keeping younger children under supervision at all times.

Please note that the villa is located on a pedestrian street, so it is not possible to access the main door by car. The villa does NOT have a parking space.

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
