This space is ideal for couples or independent travelers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches and the most popular spots. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday is just 25 meters away. The bedroom, integrated into the living room, features a comfortable double bed (1.3 m x 1.90 m). Roller blinds provide privacy in each area of the studio. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, offers views of the sea and the lively Calle del Pecado (Sin Street). If you prefer to have fun without leaving home, simply take your glass of wine to the balcony and enjoy the view. Although the kitchen is small, it's fully equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave. The living room has a table and a sofa. The apartment features air conditioning, a fan, and Wi-Fi. It's worth noting that the entire apartment has access to a balcony, but keep in mind that the street is one of Sitges' main thoroughfares, with bars and restaurants that stay open until the early hours. For this reason, the Ferdinand studio has very effective soundproofing to block out noise at certain times.

Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm

For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.

For check-ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:

Departure time is 10 am

Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.

Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
