Location : Welcome to La Casita del Mar , an architectural gem located in the heart of Sitges's old town, on a quiet pedestrian street lined with whitewashed houses, just 20 meters from the beach and the town's iconic church. This listed house, built in 1803, has been completely renovated with care and attention to detail, respecting its original character while providing all the modern amenities for a perfect stay.

With a total area of 480 m² spread over three spacious floors, the house offers bright, comfortable, and historic spaces. On the ground floor, we find a large, naturally lit living room, ideal for group gatherings, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining room with direct access to a charming interior patio inviting you to relax.

The property has a total of six bedrooms spread over the two upper floors. On the first floor, there is a spectacular master suite consisting of two interconnecting double bedrooms and a designer full bathroom, ideal for families with children or groups traveling together, as they do not offer privacy. On this same floor, there is also a separate suite with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom, and two more double bedrooms that share a full bathroom and an additional toilet.

The third floor is one of the house's main attractions: a fabulous sun terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a chill-out area, and an outdoor shower for enjoying the Mediterranean sun in complete privacy.

- Check-in hours are from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 supplement.

Exit information:- Check-out time is at 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
