Very bright apartment with a fresh and modern look. Ideally located in a quiet and residential area. The proximity to the beach, literally 30 meters allows easy access, especially with children. The center of Sitges is close (15 minutes walk along the beach), allowing you to visit the many restaurants and shops.



Sitges itself is known as the Saint-Tropez of Spain: golf, horse riding, sailing, tennis, gastronomy and local culture are all things Sitges has to offer.



3 bedroom apartment for 6 people is located in the Vinyet area of ​​Sitges.





In a building on the second line of the sea, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and opens onto a large terrace.





This includes a large living room with an open kitchen. You will find in particular a large table that can accommodate all your guests, a sofa, armchair and a television screen.





The living room opens directly onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and chairs and a lounge area.





The kitchen with all the equipment necessary for cooking (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.).





Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers as well as a separate toilet.





The master bedroom has a large double bed and a large wardrobe.





The second has a double bed and the bathroom with shower en suite.





The last one a bunk bed.



The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.





It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.









-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.





Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.

Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
