Suspended above Sitges like a sculptural statement in the hills, Villa Dumas I is a bold and beautiful home where architecture, light and landscape converge over incredible views of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea. Inspired by the work of architect Ricardo Legorreta, and spanning 300 m² over 3 floors, its ochre walls, timber-beamed ceilings, and louvred windows reflect a respect for natural form and colour. This is a home designed to live with the land, flooded with sunlight, shaped by its views, and always connected to the outdoors.


The main living areas blend rich textures and open-plan fluidity: a sunken lounge with coffered windows, a vast dining table that looks toward the sea, and a kitchen opening directly to an outdoor entertaining terrace. There are a range of bedrooms here, five in total, from the upper-level suite with dressing room or the lower level double bedrooms with access to the pool terrace - plenty of choice for everyone!
Outside, the heated pool glistens against handmade terracotta tiles, while terraces and cabanas invite guests to unwind, dine, or doze in the sun and marvel at the views. This privileged location delivers a dual experience: step out the back gate for a morning hike among Mediterranean flora, or head down the hill for a dip in the sea and a tapas lunch by the promenade. With it's unique location perched above all the other houses in this urbanisation, guests can marvel at the views down to the sea, and just steps from the property is a public viewpoint with similar-yet-unrestricted views!
Sitges, known for its vibrant cultural scene, pristine beaches, and elegant architecture, is just minutes away by car or a brisk walk. The old town’s boutiques, cafés and galleries make it a charming hub for both day trips and evening strolls. Meanwhile, the Garraf Natural Park offers trails for hikers and cyclists that wind through pine forests, rocky cliffs and hidden coves.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

Please note that the maximum capacity of 12 guests includes the use of sofa beds. These are available on request only and for an additional fee of £23 per person per night. Please enquire for more information.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €350 per week (minimum charge), payable locally. After this, the rate will be pro-rata depending on the duration required. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival. This option is subject to an additional charge.
