Villa Unique is a beautiful and spacious maisonette located in Akti Kalogrias, Sithonia, Greece, offering a unique vacation experience. This villa is perfect for families with children, offering privacy, safety, and comfort. It is situated on the "eu Blue Beach" of Kalogria, one of the best beaches in Halkidiki, and only 20 meters away from the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

The Villa Lila Unique consists of two interconnected villas A and B, providing ample space for up to 4 adults and 4 children per villa, but 2 adults and 2 teenagers per villa are recommended for a more comfortable holiday. Each villa has its own entrance and is equipped with a lounge area with two single sofa beds, a separate bedroom with two adult beds, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a double sofa bed for two children, a separate bedroom for two adults, and a WC shower. Air conditioning is available in the first floor bedrooms.

The villas are decorated in a simple rural North Greek style with natural materials, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The lush garden of 2500 sqm offers privacy to the residents from the beach and road, with large trees and bushes. The premises are surrounded by a natural chestnut log fence, providing safety to children.

There is a large barbecue area with shaded eating, resting, and recreational area in the front garden, accommodating up to 20 people. The proximity to the beach calls for frequent showers, so there is a beach shower outside the beach gate, and a third WC/shower in the garden behind the two kitchens, which can be separated totally from the two residents.

Villa Unique is conveniently located near local restaurants, supermarkets, and medical offices, only 500 meters away from the nearest restaurant and 7 km away from infrastructure. It is also only 7 km away from Nikiti on the road to Porto Carras and 12 km away from Neos Marmaras. Bus connections are available within a 5minute walk.

The villa is pet friendly, so guests can bring their furry friends to enjoy the beautiful gardens and beaches. Guests can also bring their own boat/dinghy, as there is ample car parking available on the grounds.
