“Excellent "price performer" for my visit to Bujumbura as a solo traveler. Clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I ate at the hotel's restaurant, and it was a good experience.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE, PERSONNEL DÉVOUÉ”

“Roca Golf hotel is in a lovely location but it is poor value for money. Perhaps they rely too much on people being close to the golf course. Anyway, the pool water is too opaque and I could not swim in it, but I chose Roca because of its pool and location. Either the chemicals used to clean it are not the best because the water is almost milky white. And prices at the hotel are exorbitant. I paid US$8.33 for a single, small scoop of ice-cream. “Clean and comfortable, but there is a roof top bar and check events beforehand as we had loud music until 4:30am one night!”

“ボディソープが無く依頼しましたが、結局補充されませんでした。またルームサービスでビールを頼みましたが、1時間も連絡がなく結果催促いたしました。 そのほかは部屋も綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです！”

“Staff were courteous”

“Awesome place and people ”

“Jag hade bokat rum med balkong men de var upptagna av andra gäster. Mycket dåligt! ”

“No aeroport transportation as promises”

On 3 different occasions I asked for a cup, glass and cutlery and was told to go pick it up myself in the bar! There were always 4-5 staff just standing.”

“Perfect hotel with great, friendly staff. The only shortcoming is that it's not in the center and it's a bit hard to find. Hotel is located 2 blocks away from a mosque, which at 3 in the morning blasts their obnoxious, annoying call to prayer, even though Burundi is not a Muslim country, per se.”

“Please, this property is a scam and you have to refund me. My experience with them is very horrible and a nightmare. I got to airport and most of the taxi drivers don't know the place except one man. After we got to the area, two you men who don't look like security men came out with a surprised they are not aware I booked a room there. The young men called their master and he denied I booked an apartment there. The boys have no smart phone so my taxi driver took a picture of my documents to...
