“Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it.”
“A great place to visit for a family in the summer. It’s right on the lake, they have paddelboards, canoes, kayaks, fishinggear free to use. There is a nice lawn with lots of garden games, sunbeds, barbecues, firepits and more.
Our room was a bit small for three people and the table only had two chairs. But it worked fine for one nigit. The room was freezing cold when We got there but it warmed up quickly as we turned the heater on, but the bathroom never got warm. ”

“Just a beautiful inn set on several acres surrounded by woods. Superb breakfast with many options. Had a veggie omelet as well as a breakfast sandwich both of which were served hot and were delicious. For me, having good lighting in a room for reading is very important and often missed. Not here. There are reading lamps on both sides of the bed with good wattage bulbs. Easy to get to some charming towns around. Excellent internet access.”
“This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. The room clean and quiet. Beds were spring mattresses which were hard to get used to from home. Front desk guy was very friendly and...
“This property is a little funky in the way that it’s set up and hard to find the right door to enter. Other than that, it was a comfortable small room but very clean and the staff was very nice and breakfast was decent in the morning. Can’t ask for anything more for that price. I think I paid $100 a night.”
