“Helt otroligt lyxigt och mysigt hotell! Vi fick ett fint rum, tillgång till en härligt gym och ett fantastiskt spa med olika behandlingar. En av de bästa hotellutsikter jag någonsin sett, precis vid sjön med en fin utsikt över bergen. Väldigt bra vandringsmöjligheter.”

“The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...
