âOverall, great impression and staying was pleasant. The staff is very helpful.
Areas to improve:
1. One access room card is not enough if 2 people are staying in 1 room
2. Charging $10 for the lost card is inappropriate. I have never seen this in my life traveling all over the word. Eventually, the fine was dismissed after my negative reaction but it could affect the overall satisfaction.
Again, the hotel meets all high standards and I highly recommend it for everyone.â
âThe apartment was newly built and was very spacious, fresh and clean. It's located in the city centre with no more than 200 meters to the republic square, and is surrounded by great restaurants and shops, so we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment had a kitchen with all sorts of equipments to make breakfast or any other meal, which was very comfortable. They had the best service with very nice and kind staff that helped answering the questions we had and helped us book...

âHotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.â

"Plenty of parking of parking opportunities at the hotel which is inside a gated business park which is guarded by polite and professional security guards around the clock.
This also makes for the surroundings being pleasently quiet as there's basically no traffic.
I got upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Only downside really is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast.
This can however be remedied by either a ten minute walk or a <1000 Dram (~âŹ2) gg taxi to the SAS Food Court nearby."
