Welcome to our beautiful home on the west side of Skaneateles Lake!



The Space:

Our newly built home has over 4,000 square feet of interior space and sits on just over an acre. It also has 161 feet of level lakefront. It is decorated in a luxe lake lodge inspired decor and has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Another great aspect of this home is the fact that it has a private driveway off of west lake road. There is no fire lane making this home very easy access. The main level of the home has a beautiful chefs kitchen with gorgeous lake views. There is a 42” subzero refrigerator and a 48” Wolf stove. The island and countertops are all leathered Taj Mahal quartzite stone. There is also enough seating for up to 12 people when using the table and island seating. The living room is very large and has beautiful panoramic lake views. There are three different seating areas in the living room and combined you can seat up to 13 people. The living room also has a wet bar which includes a sub zero wine refrigerator that can hold up to 110 wine bottles and a beverage cooler for canned drinks. There are two bedrooms on the main level directly off the living room and there is 1 1/2 baths on the main level as well. The full bath has a walk in shower and a freestanding tub. The lakeside bedroom has a king sized bed and the roadside bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a half bath, laundry room, billiard room and pantry on the main level. The second level has an expansive lakeside bedroom with two queen beds, a large walk in closet and en-suite bath with a walk in shower and free standing tub. There are two more guest bedrooms with queen sized beds and another full bath with a walk in shower. There is also another laundry room in this level. The backyard is spacious and completely fenced in. The covered porch is huge with seating for up to 12 at the dining table and multiple adirondack chairs for taking in the gorgeous lake views. The dock is also expansive with room for seating and fishing. There is also a mooring buoy for your boat. The hoist is our private hoist and cannot be used for your boat. We also have two kayaks and two paddle boards for your use.

Other Things to Note:

**Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .



**Guests will be responsible for any damage incurred after the departure inspection**
