Bohemian Townhouse Upper Floor Skiathos

The upper floor of Bohemian Townhouse is an apartment/studio conveniently located in the heart of the island just a few minutes from the port, 5 minutes away of a public parking lot and the touristic beaches such as M.Ammos.

Immerse yourself in the local charm! Nestled on a traditional cobblestone alley opposite "Alexandros" tavern, our home offers a peaceful retreat just a 4-minute stroll from the port. To preserve the area's authentic character, the street is pedestrian-only (accessible only on foot, bike, or motorbike).

Featuring a double bed(2.00x1,50) and a sofa bed (2.00x1,40) it can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster and cooking utensils too. There is a private bathroom with a washing machine with detergents and a cabin for hydro massage showers too. Black-out curtains and mosquito nets are installed to use at your best convenience. This unit has a few stairs before the main room and no elevator.

A table and chairs are available both indoors and in the balcony of the apartment. The balcony view overlooks the mountain and the "Alexandros tavern" dining setup located right in front of the property.

Please note that our central location is opposite Tavern Alexandros, which features a daily music program from 19:00 to 23:00. This ambient sound, as well as occasional cooking aromas or cigarette smoke from the venue, may impact infants, light sleepers, or guests with severe sensitivities and allergies to cooking odors. However, any external noise or odors can be effectively minimized by keeping the windows closed and utilizing the air conditioning system.

Services: Free Wi-Fi, A/C, iron, TV with a Netflix, and hot water service 24/7 are included in the price. Weekly cleaning and refreshing bed linen/towels every 3 days.
