“This is the worst place you can book in Europe-No Wi-Fi during my stay-no late breakfast if you come after 9.30 am. No complimentary bus transport to save nature?? The manager team of this place is not hospitable at all. Reception is closed from 12-16pm and you can’t check in before 16pm, after you spend half day in train to this isolated place - complete disaster and depression to check in here - room and toilets smell I didn’t even use it. Most staff only speak Italian and are quite rude this...

“This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted...

Mycket bra frukost och även bra mat i restaurangen på kvällen. Vi var mycket positivt överaskade av hotellet på alla sätt!”

“Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Service was great, and so was the breakfast buffet and staff there (there was a lot of fruit and swiss cheese among other things). They provide a day backpack to lend, and binoculars! We didn't have use of them, but love the concept. Room has a fridge you can use, but it's turned off by default to save energy, which is a good idea. We did not try the restaurant. Location is a little bit off from the village centre (maybe 20 min walk), but very...

“Efter en dagsresa med glaciärexpressen kommer vi till St. Moritz och hotell Arte. Ett designhotell med nio rum med olika tema. Vi fick bo i "Ägypten". Vi utnyttjade hotellets restaurang på kvällen, både mat och service var utmärkt. Vi reste vidare ganska tidigt påföljande morgon så vi hann inte se så mycket av St. Moritz, det får väl bli en annan gång.”
