âThis is a lovely old pub, so one needs to remember things may be a trifle warn. That being said, the shower was hot, the bathroom floor was heated, but grout missing in some of the floor tlies. The food served in the restaurant was AMAZING and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough for making my stay so enjoyable. â

We had a nice-sized room, a little basically furnished but adequate and very clean, with a very comfortable 6â double bed. Menus gave us a good choice and the food was enjoyed. Very good value for money and, when in the area, this would be our first choice of accommodation.â

They were lovely and could not have given us a warmer welcome.
