Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.)
There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens.
The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic.

Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The property is right in front of the sea. 100m away, on the left, there is a small, not organized beach for your daily swimming. 150m to the right, is the center of Loutraki, with super market, bakery, cafe, restaurants, car rental, bus stop (which buses by the most popular beaches of the island). The area is quiet and small. In the same building, are also located the : "Ninemia" Sea front apartment, "Eftopia" Sea front apartment & "Philoxenia" Sea frontapartment.
Other things to note
From Loutraki harbour, as well as, from the traditional amphitheatric village of Glossa (3km by car and about 15-20 minutes from the walking paths), you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the island. The island also has a lot of vegetation and a lots of walking areas.
