Hai ragione, non siamo un hotel a 4 stelle dato che siamo una pensione, deve esserci stata una sorta di malinteso dalla tua parte. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to review City Central International, we do appreciate your opinion, it will help us to create more welcoming environment for our guests. Although, we would like to address to some of the issues you have brought up that we consider not to be completely true. - We have filed a complainant against the cafe/night club a long time ago and we hope to solve that issue by the end of this month, even the loud music happened really rarely, usually once a month sometimes not even that often, they make some private parties and then there is the loud music, which is very unpleasant for the guests while trying to rest . That is why we have give 10 % discount as apology for this inconvenience , and we apology one more time. - The Shampoo issue. We order the small tubes of shampoo from a different city in the country so they come in big packages and while they were transported, some got like they are really used, but in no way they have been opened before (there are actually pretty cheap, so there is no way to open them , refill them etc, and of course that will be unprofessional,). - The room is exactly like the pictures on Hotels.com, although the owner does have another hotel, its not same in the slightest.
