“The people at the front desk were extremely rude right upon check-in. We had friends come by for an hour or two and then they left but the property accused us of packing 5 people onto the property. They demanded our credit card information for check-in and wrote it down rather than just taking it for a security deposit. On top of that the room was extremely gross and smelled like mould and mildew, we had to check out and go book another hotel because after a few hours of being there, the smell...

“Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. “We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund.”
