Amazing house in Sliema Central with BBQ & Parking
360 estates welcomes you to this beautiful 4BR Townhouse in the heart of Sliema minutes away from beaches and shopping centres. The house is a 4 storey house with:
1st Floor: Massive living area with fully equipped kitchen, TV and sofa. Also 1 car garage available at no extra charge.
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms
3rd Floor: 2nd Kitchen, another bedroom and a massive balcony where our guests will have private access.
4th Floor: Another bedroom with balcony.
AC in every room!
WIFI and Air-conditioning.
Kitchen| 2 Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Living area| Massive sofa, with TV on the first floor and another balcony and dining area on the 3rd floor of the house.
Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms throughout the house with a mix of double and single beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms with one of them a bath and the others having a shower.
Please note: Although I do accept booking of 10 people, since the house is next to residents, respecting the neighbours is a must especially in terms of noise.
24/7 Private access to all the amenities of the house.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The house is situated in a peaceful, central part in Sliema which makes it perfect for holiday and work!
All amenities are at a walking distance from the house, with the addition of a free parking.
The house in central making the bus stop easy and cheap to use. We also free 1 car parking with the house for rentals who want to rent a car.
Once the booking is made we will offer a taxi service from the airport to the house.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
