Welcome, travellers! Our cozy apartment will make you feel right at home, located in one of Malta's most desirable areas with all amenities at a walking distance.

The place features everything you need for short or extended stays, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a charming private balcony, perfect for unwinding and chilling in the summer/winter breeze.

Also within 5 minutes, you are at Sliema's promenade making this place perfect.

Free Wi-Fi and AC.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort.

The living area also features a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more guests. (linens and towels will be provided accordingly).

Outdoor | The living area also opens onto an amazing balcony, making it the perfect spot to take in the lively neighbourhood atmosphere.

Bedrooms| 1 full bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 1 full bathrooms which features a bathtub and a toilet for all guests to use.

The apartment is situated in Balluta which is a charming neighborhood located in Sliema, known for its picturesque coastal views and vibrant atmosphere. It features a lovely seaside promenade where you can enjoy leisurely walks and stunning sunsets. The area is dotted with quaint cafes, restaurants serving delicious Maltese and international cuisine, and stylish bars.

You'll find convenient amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops within walking distance. Balluta is also home to historic landmarks, including the neo-gothic Balluta Parish Church, adding to its cultural appeal. With its relaxed yet lively ambiance, Balluta is the perfect neighborhood to experience the best of Maltese hospitality and Mediterranean charm.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
