Elevator Use Guidelines: Please note that the elevator can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time. Exceeding this limit may cause it to get stuck. Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage weighing up to 18 kg. If you have more luggage, please use the elevator in 2 or 3 separate trips. Any blockage or misuse of the elevator may result in additional fees.
If you require a baby cot or parking during your stay, we can arrange them for an additional charge of €15. Kindly inform us in advance to ensure that arrange before your arrival.
Pool Info: The pool is not located inside the building but is just a few minutes walk from the property and requires a paid entry ticket for access.
House rules
In accordance with Malta Tourist Authority regulations, an environmental tax of €0.50 per person, per day is charged to all guests.
1) No party, no events, or any loud music, any violation of this rule will be conducted to Imediat eviction of the property without any refund and 1000 Euros penalty.
2) smoking penalty Euros 200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking (smoking is allowed outside, 50€ feet from the property)
3) late checkout: Euros 100 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late.
4) lost keys: Euros 50 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys

6)peeing outside the property: Euros 300
7) throwing trash on the property: Euros 100
8) You ensure you have a crime free record and won't carry any weapons, drugs, or any illegal object or actions to the property.
9) You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by VRBO or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.
10) If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
11) Any violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund
12) Don't throw anything, just toilet paper inside the toilet. Strictly NO hand tissue, wet tissues, or anything that can block the toilet or the drainage.
13) Don't touch or operate in any way the minute device.
14) According to local laws and regulations imposed by the Maltese government, we require you to provide a photo of your ID in the day of check-in.
15) Only guests included in the reservation have permission to access the premises. If the rule is violated there will be Euros 100 penalty.

Please note that we are not responsible for any construction works in the surrounding area, as they are carried out within legal working hours across Malta. Reservations cannot be canceled or refunded due to such works.
