“What a great stay, the room, the view, absolutely gorgeous. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Can’t wait to go back.”

“My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.”

“Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.”

“Fantastic staff, quiet and clean place. Thank you for making our time here so great!”

“Great staff, good breakfast very clean.”

“Excellent location with a nice walk along the creek trail into downtown Manitou Springs. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Very well run. Beautiful view of pikes Peak right outside my window!”

“Room was listed at $80 but I paid $112. A little bummed that they charged $10 for parking when everyone basically has to drive to Manitou Springs. List the room for $90 and parking is included! Also AC unit was SO noisy!! Had to completely turn it off. Otherwise the room was fine. I was there for about 12 hours.”

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

“Great hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Convenient location with easy access to travel to local sights. Great sports bar next to the hotel with good food at reasonable prices.”

“We loved our stay, the cabin was clean and staff was super friendly. We will definitely book again when we come back to the area.”

“Best night of our honeymoon trip! The facility was immaculate and definitely recommend the hot tub at sunrise! Staff was so friendly and accommodating!”

“Great hotel with perfect location in the area. ”

“Extremely responsive and helpful staff. Very comfortable room with outdoor hot tub overlooking Pikes Peak and Manitou Incline. Breakfast was phenomenal. And all within steps of the historic downtown. What’s not to love?… We would definitely recommend staying!”

“Room was nice, some of the lights did not work.”
