“This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.”

“Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! “Our room was located under the lounge. All night long we heard people running back and forth and furniture moving. We called the front desk and the man said he would go up and talk to the guest in the lounge. It only got louder and louder all night long. Upon checking out I told the front seat desk person and she offered us a bottle of wine. She definitely did not care. We got absolutely zero sleep. We will absolutely not go back.”

“Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. “Overall, a very nice experience. Was disappointed that there wasn't a fridge in the room that could actually be used and that there wasn't any drawers. Also, the TV signals were often too weak to watch basic cable channels like ESPN. But the room was very nice otherwise and we enjoyed our overall experience. I would definitely recommend.”
