Dream Home - Ocean View med venetiansk charm

Välkommen till vårt underbara havsutsikt hem. Vår fastighet har stora bilder fönster och ett magnifik däck för att njuta av ljudet från havet och vår speciella havsutsikt. Inuti har vi skapat en mycket avslappnad men ändå elegant miljö för våra gäster. Vårt mål att göra dig så bekväm, att du äntligen önskar att du aldrig behöver lämna (naturligtvis kan du alltid komma tillbaka :). Utanför däcket har vi en fin inhägnad trädgård för utomhusspel. Däck är expansivt så det finns gott om utrymme att välja din plats och titta på havet eller bara barnen njuter av på grund. Våra 3 bäddar 3 badrum erbjuder integritet och komfort. Det tredje sovrummet ligger på andra sidan garaget från huvudhuset och är anslutet till resten av huset genom garaget eller via däck och har två enkelsängar. Befälhavaren och gästrummet i huset har nya kung respektive drottningssängar. Alla sängar och madrasser är nya. Vårt hem är den perfekta startpunkten för att utforska de majestätiska redwoods, den vilda och natursköna Smith River, 17 miles av vildmarkstranden i CA eller den fantastiska södra Oregon kusten. Du är i mitten av fyra stora laxgytebäckar för fiske under lågsäsongen och trevligt beläget för stormbevakning och strandpromenader på vintern. Köket är fullt utrustat med krukor, kastruller, köksredskap och instrument, och erbjuder massor av utrymme och förvaring som behövs för att förbereda en högtid. The property was both lovely and a great location. Three comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom along with a spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as comfortable dining and living rooms. Great host! Love this place.

A fabulous house and a beautiful view

This house is one of the best we have ever stayed in, it was very well stocked with linens and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and eat. The beds were very soft and comfortable, the BBQ was clean and worked great. The view from the deck was very beautiful and the sound of the ocean was great to listen too.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was private, roomy and we couldn't get enough of the view out back! I am in a wheelchair and was able to navigate through the entire house without assistance. Amazing property!!!

Ocean view with Italian Flare

View of the ocean was nice especially at sunset. It is a nice dark area and on a clear night you can view many stars on the very large deck. The twin beds are located in a section separate from the house. The bathrooms are all handicap accessible. The kitchen is very large along with the entertainment area.

Wonderful views and spacious property!

We loved this house and location! We had a mix of adults and kids and everyone was happy with the property. Amazing back deck and views, plus the third bedroom is a private mother in law which was great for the adults to use and escape the children. Open kitchen made it easy to cook large meals. We also loved proximity to redwoods, Brookings and Creacent city. Close to a number of beautiful places to explore. Would definitely stay again. Oh and the price was very reasonable for space and location.

Wheelchair accessable!

After looking for sometime, we found this wonderful house that would accommodate my dear friend who is wheelchair bound. It has 2 showers that worked for her and the whole house is without steps. We had a wonderful time and no doubt we will be back! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Lovely location with views of the ocean.

Beautiful ocean views. A herd of elk came through one morning and were fun to watch. The rooms were large but somewhat sparsely furnished. A chair or loveseat in the two main bedrooms would have been nice. Plenty of dishes and silverware. It would have been nice to know that a Keurog coffeemaker was available. It would have been helpful if they provided instructions for using the TVs. Two of the three days we stayed we had pouring rain so it was nice to have use of the garage. The front entrance was a bit slick so if you are up in years, walk carefully.

House was nice, view beautiful, everything needed was there!

The house was nice, the views from the back deck and back windows were wonderful. Everything we could possibly need was available in the house. The property manager was quick to respond to my texts when I contacted him. My only critiques were: when we arrived there was the smell of fish in the house. We burned candles, but that smell was always in the refrigerator. The mattresses in the garage house left a lot to be desired. Other than those 2 items, all was as described and a perfect base for our sightseeing group. I would definitely stay again if I ever return.

Recent stay at Venetian Charm in Smith River, Ca

The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Details on the website were accurate. The open floor plan in the living area worked well for us, TV and streaming apps were easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, Draws were labeled with contents so you didn't have to try to remember where everything was. Privacy shrubs were a great addition as we were right off the road though there was not a lot of traffic. We felt very secure there and traffic noise not an issue. You did have a good view of the ocean and sitting good out on the deck. The beds in the Master and Guest room in the main part of the house were very high. I had to buy a step stool to get in and out of the bed comfortably. I am 5'1" and 72 yrs so not able to spring up into the bed. I have never seen comments about the access to beds in any rental description so I guess it's just something us short people deal with. The bedroom at the end of the house accessed by deck or garage had 2 twin beds. The concept was great but beds were not full length. The young adults that stayed in that room were tall and had their feet hanging over. Folks are not going to put young children back there so perhaps the beds should be replaced with full length twins. Shower facilities were excellent with lots of towels. There were extra blankets and pillows available to use. All in all, it was an excellent house and we'd stay again if the beds in the room off the deck weren't as short as they are.

Lovely oceanview getaway

Peaceful, beautiful, ocean view

We rented this property for 6 nights with friends. The view was amazing. Sat on the deck every night and watched the sun set over the water. Kitchen well stocked. A few glitches that were promptly acknowledged by property manager.

Amazing location, beautiful home! So private and yet close to so much. It felt like a retreat!

Rosa was super communicative and accommodating! It was the perfect spot for our girls retreat for the teen girls I mentor! Spacious, beautiful and an incredible kitchen and view!
