“Hotel is in need of an update. I would give it 3 stars. Floors were sticky, furniture beat up, outlets were worn to the point plugs would slide out, and room gave off a seedy vibe. Ick! Not my cup of tea and I will not check in here again if possible. Also, I’m not into gambling but the parking lot noise from gamblers that went all night did affect my stay as well. Car alarm blasting, loud engine revs, and yelling to others in the parking lot throughout the night did not enable a good...

“When arriving Q was very attentive to our needs.
When we got into our room, we saw there was no soap in the showers. The chair in the room was dirty so I had to put a towel down to sit on it. Parking was OK. Didn’t eat the breakfast. We just had coffee.”

“We stayed here for our wedding night so we had somewhere near the afterparty to retreat to. Check-in was a breeze, the room was cute and clean and the toiletries were nice. The mattress is a bit softer than I like but many people would prefer it. The purple green and gold Nespresso pods were a nice touch. Great value, would highly recommend to visitors and will probably come back for weekend getaways.”

“Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here!”
