“Clean Room and Friendly Helpful staff”

“The hotel was horrible. Toilet was broken and corroded. Hotel locks wouldn’t work. Has to switch rooms and the front desk clerk was never at the desk. Washer machines wete rusted and broken. Don’t waste your money and time.”

“Imagine a hotel that has been completely destroyed, but then remodeled and renovated, but only 80%. Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but furniture was partially destroyed.”

Sign said no dogs but the room right below me had one barking all night. I had to depart early but no one is in the office until 10. Expedia had this place rated at 7.4. “Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. “The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. “The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”
