“Our first trip to Bermuda & all was excellent! We stayed at the Grotto Bay Resort & did the all inclusive plan. It was so worth the expense as 3 delicious meals per day & all the drinks included (alcoholic as well). All the employees went above & beyond to make our stay exceptional! The wait staff was top notch, meals were gourmet & variety of drinks fantastic! The beach area is a bit small but still plenty of space to enjoy. The onsite cave with swimming was a real treat! “A beautiful hotel with a nice private beach. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there, but they missed quite a few things that I had booked and triple checked once we got there as well as other reservations that they missed.
I was there 35+ years ago, but it was much better then, food, service and overall impression.

“The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More importantly, the service throughout was slow. I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier...
