“Very nice place to stay . Neighbors dogs right outside of bedroom window yapped non stop consistently from 10pm to 3am but that’s not the property owners fault . Also a woman sat in driveway and got out and was looking in windows taking pictures . Saw me and didn’t say a word . I would assume if it was the property owner they would have said something. Seemed odd, ”

“Cute place in downtown smithville. 100 yards from the harvester and across the street from two restaurants. Host was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Breathtaking location. We spent one night here and we loved it. The linens were clean, they had sausage, eggs, water a few other items. Lots of fire wood if you wanted a fire, a fenced in area for your dog and also left chews for our dog. The owners communicated well and the location was easy to find. We would like to stay here again if we come.back to this area. . ”

“The property was perfect for our needs. The home is nicely decorated and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. The layout of the house is perfect, and the the house was immaculate. While the location makes you feel as if you are in the country, it is still super convenient to anything you might need. We were busy the whole time we were in the area, so we did not get to enjoy the nice deck and hot tub, but it looked amazing! The owners were a pleasure to work with. I would highly...

“We had a great time at the house. It's very close to lots of good restaurants (37 Cedar was our favorite) and waterfalls (Burgess falls was amazing). She was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs and watching the deer every evening and morning was a nice treat. The neighbors were very friendly. Everyone liked the massage chair. 2 beds are firm and 1 is soft. The only thing I can complain about is water preasure in master shower was weak I...
