Come soak in the private hot tub located on the fully covered back porch! Deer, squirrels, foxes and other wildlife are home to the area! Private access to the Mountain fork river is just minutes away where you can enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking. Kayaks, paddles and life vest are available during season, and are subject to unavailability during inclimate weather, high or rising river levels and cold temperatures.

For off property entertainment, Villa Susan is centrally located about 25-30 minutes from Hochatown where guests can find unlimited options and activities.
